Covid 19 Lodge Booking Requirements
- To book a stay starting on 11/1/21 all members must be members in good standing and if eligible for a vaccine, have provided a copy of their Vaccine Card and Waiver. This is also the requirement for all guests.
- Unvaccinated Children under the age 12, not eligible for the vaccine, must provide a Negative Test within 3 days prior to arrival date or your booking will be canceled and a credit issued for future reservations.
- If you are not vaccinated and have a medical reason you may provide a letter from your Primary Physician stating you have a medical reason why you cannot be vaccinated. With the letter on file you will be required to provide a Negative Test within 3 days prior to arrival date or your booking will be canceled and a credit issued.
- If you had Covid and recovered, you may provide the result of an Antibody test that is no less than one month old and a Letter from your Primary Physician stating you are safe in a community setting around other people. Then you will be eligible to Book lodge stays the same as a vaccinated member for the season.
The above restrictions may be adjusted by the Board of Directors as more CDC and Vermont State guidance is provided.

Membership Rates:
Full Member (age 30 and up): $80/annually + $65 First Year Initiation;
Young Adult Member (age 18 to 29): $40/annually + $65 First Year Initiation;
Associate Member (age 18 and up): $40/annually;
Child Member (up to age 21): $10/annually
Adult Full Member (age 30 and up) & Young Adult Member (age 18 to 29) (Best Values): is available to any person 18 years of age or older. It entitles the member to the following benefits:
1.Using and making reservations at the Lodges at the best rate and member equity in the Lodges.
2.Voting Rights in the club.
3.Children under Full Adult Membership pay Child Rate at Lodges.
4.All Discount Lift Ticket Programs including VIP Tickets.
5.Social Events and Meetings
6.Email Newsletter and Web Site Access.
7.Sterling Race Program
Adult Associate Member: is available to any person 18 years of age or older. It entitles the member to the following benefits:
1.Bulk Lift Ticket and all CSC Discount Lift Ticket Programs EXCLUDING VIP Tickets.
2.Social Events and Meetings
3.Email Newsletter and Web Site Access.
4.Sterling Race Program
5.Adult Associate Member and Children in the same household may only use the Lodges as a Guest of a Full Member at Guest Rates.
Child Member: is available to any person 21 years or younger that is under an Adult membership. Child members can not vote. Child members take on the Lodge rights of the adult member(s). Child members can not make Lodge reservations and can only stay at the Lodge when accompanied by an Adult member of Sterling Ski Club.
Initiation Fee: A new Adult Full Member & Young Adult Member fee due the first membership year. The initiation fee is required and provides the member with equity in the Lodges and covers the cost of vetting a new member.
